Curtain Raiser for Centenary Celebrations hosted by HPS Begumpet
The Hyderabad Public School (HPS) Begumpet will commemorate its 100th anniversary starting in January 2023. Distinguished Alumni attend the Curtain Raiser.
The School Vision 2050 and long-term infrastructure plans were unveiled.
At a special dinner, more than 300 eminent former students expressed support for the effort to turn the school into a centre of excellence for education worldwide.
An exclusive curtain raiser was held by the Hyderabad Public School Society and its Board of Governors in preparation for the HPS(B) Centenary Celebrations beginning in January 2023. A thorough explanation of the HPS Vision & Mission 2050 and the long-term infrastructure plans came next.
Over 300 eminent alumni made commitments to support, participate, and support their alma mater with time, talent, and resources at the formal dinner. As we approach the school’s centennial year, a new impetus is required, along with a new approach, new thinking, and, of course, necessary resources. invite alumni to participate and engage with the school in order to effectively meet the ambitious plans outlined in Vision 2050.”
In his address, Mr. Gusti J Noria, President of The Hyderabad Public School Society, emphasised the importance of alumni giving back to their alma mater, stating that “the culture of any organisation grows over time.” The alumni of a school are frequently the keepers of the cultureThe contribution of our alumni to our school, nation, and world at large can be used to measure our school’s success. . We are all proud to say that HPS has, is, and will continue to be the torchbearer of excellence!!”
He exhorted the alumni and asked for their enthusiastic participation in planning, organising, and carrying out HPS’s centennial celebrations and long-term development plans.
The HPS-B Centennial Celebrations
The Centenary Celebrations, which will begin in January 2023, will be a year-long grand celebration with numerous activities and events for students, staff, parents, and alumni.
The Centenary programme, including confirmed dates, would be made public shortly, along with a commemorative logo.
About the HPS Vision 2050
The Hyderabad Public School Society has developed a vision and road map for the future development of its four schools in Begumpet, Ramanthapur, Kadapa, and Warangal over the next three decades, up to 2050. A diverse group of HPS proximate stakeholders, experts/leaders from education, business, science, government, law, politics, family counselling, and social work participated in the vision document’s development.
Over 1,000 person-hours of intense deliberation, discussion, and negotiation among this diverse group of 30 participants resulted in the HPS Vision 2050 document. Given the Schools’ and alumni’s long history of determined achievement, the HPS Vision 2050 envisions extremely audacious but achievable goals.
HPS hosts the curtain raiser for the Centenary Celebrations
The Hyderabad Public faculty Society & its Board of Governors hosted an exclusive Curtain Raiser for the HPS(B) Centenary Celebrations beginning Gregorian calendar month 2023. This was followed by a close presentation on the HPS Vision & Mission 2050 and therefore the future infrastructure plans.
The formal dinner was attended by over three hundred distinguished alumni. The United Nations agency pledged their support, secured participation, and assisted their school with time, talent & resources.
Speaking at the event Dr. Madhav Deo Saraswat, Principal of The Hyderabad Public faculty, Begumpet, declared “An establishment committed to a heritage of excellence like ours may be a partnership among its students, faculty, alumni, directors, donors, trustees, and more. The varsity wants a brand new impetus backed by a brand new approach, new thinking, and after all necessary resources as we have a tendency to enter the centennial year. He exhorted the alumni and invited their sincere participation in designing, organising, and implementing the centenary celebrations and therefore the semipermanent development plans of HPS.
